Short version: Sleep Phase Tracker collects no personal data whatsoever. Nothing leaves your device. No accounts, no tracking, no ads, no analytics.
1. Information We Collect
Sleep Phase Tracker does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The app operates entirely on your device.
The only data the app stores is your sleep log entries and protocol settings (target wake time, bedtime goal, melatonin reminders, light therapy preferences). This data is saved locally on your device using Apple's standard local storage and is never transmitted anywhere.
2. Health Data
Sleep Phase Tracker does not connect to Apple Health or any other health platform. Sleep times and protocol progress are stored only in the app's own local storage and remain entirely on your device.
3. Location Data
Sleep Phase Tracker does not request or use your device's location at any time.
4. Notifications
If you enable push notifications, the app uses Apple's local notification system to deliver reminders (melatonin timing, wake time, light therapy). These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to any external server.
5. Analytics & Tracking
Sleep Phase Tracker contains no analytics frameworks, crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind.
6. Advertising
Sleep Phase Tracker contains no advertisements and is not connected to any ad network.
7. Third-Party Services
Sleep Phase Tracker does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or external servers. The app makes no network requests.
8. Children's Privacy
Sleep Phase Tracker does not collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
All data stays on your device. To delete all app data, simply delete the Sleep Phase Tracker app from your iPhone. No data exists anywhere else to delete.
10. Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Given that no data is collected, material changes are not anticipated.
